All online purchases made via PayPal or a bank debit/credit card are considered final. Texas Studebaker Ranch does not offer refunds or returns, with the following exceptions:
- The product you received is determined to be defective through no fault of your own.
- The product was damaged during shipping. In this case, we will file a claim with the carrier.
- The wrong part was shipped to you.
We may offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis if an identical or similar item of equal or lesser value is available, and an exchange is deemed necessary.
